    True Blue Robotic Pool Cleaner


    Stop using and charging your pool cleaner immediately

    True Blue is conducting a product recall after a small number of robotic pool cleaners ignited under extreme charging conditions.

    If you own an affected True Blue robotic pool cleaner, please stop using and charging the unit and contact the True Blue Customer Service Team on 1300 827 665.

    What will happen next?


    Our Customer Service Team will collect your contact details and the serial number of your pool cleaner. A specialist courier from SKtes will then contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

    You do not need to package the pool cleaner. The courier will collect the unit directly and arrange for it to be safely destroyed.

    The charging cable does not need to be returned and may be disposed of in general waste. Alternatively, the courier can collect the charging cable with the pool cleaner.

    Please do not place the robotic pool cleaner itself in household or general waste.

    Your refund


    Once your pool cleaner has been collected, Bunnings will facilitate your refund on behalf of True Blue.

    Your information will be securely shared with Bunnings for this purpose. Bunnings will contact you by email.

    The email will request the payment details required to process your refund. Once Bunnings receives your response, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account.

    Funds will generally appear in your account within five business days, depending on your financial institution.

    The courier will provide you with confirmation that your pool cleaner has been collected.

    If you have concerns about the refund process, please advise our Customer Service Team. We will ask Bunnings to contact you directly, generally within 24 hours.

    Information you will need to provide


    When contacting us, please have the following information available:

    • Your full name
    • Collection address
    • Contact telephone number
    • Email address
    • The Bunnings store where the product was purchased
    • The state in which the product was purchased
    • The robot’s serial number

    The serial number can be found under the hood of the robotic pool cleaner. We must obtain the serial number before the collection can be arranged.
